Low PIM Antenna PCBs

Trackwise global reputation for low PIM antenna PCBs is built on our long experience and expertise in the production of microwave and radio-frequency PTFE printed circuit boards. These PCBs are typically used for broadcast and cellular base-station antennas but we also produce printed circuit boards for many other wireless and microwave applications.

A wide range of antenna printed circuit boards

Trackwise products range from tiny chip-sized terminal antennas to patch and panel versions for Wi-Fi, WIMAX and similar applications up to the largest base station antenna or FSS (frequency selective surface). Our products are typically based on PTFE, Hydrocarbon/ceramic, FR4 and flexible substrates and are used in a broad range of antenna systems in the frequency range MHz up to tens of GHz.

Antenna PCBs - up to 2.8m in length

Many of the world's leading cellular service providers use our advanced low PIM PCBs in their antennas. The PCB represents a small part of the total antenna cost, but a large proportion of its overall performance.

Our specialised manufacturing process and technologies enable us to produce RF PCBs up to 2.8m long – much larger than most other manufacturers. These are specifically designed for base-station antennas and fabricated on various radio frequency materials to suit your application.

PMR/Tetra antennas

TETRA is a low frequency (500MHz) system specifically designed for use by government agencies, emergency services, (police forces, fire departments, ambulance) for public safety networks, for train radios, transport services and the military.

Wireless broadband antennas

These base station antennas typically operate in the unlicensed bands 2.4GHz and 4.9-5.9GHz. High performance antennas using Trackwise PCBs enable service providers, municipalities, and enterprises to deliver high quality, broadband wireless service with significantly fewer base stations at a much lower cost.

3G/4G antennas

Trackwise offers a range of solutions for transmitting and receiving voice and digital traffic. Our 3G/4G PCB antennas typically use 900mm to 1100mm boards (typically PTFE).
