Trackwise offer five orders of magnitude of capability and service

Trackwise has a wealth of technical expertise in the manufacture of high-end, time-critical microwave PCBs.  We have developed the technologies needed to produce boards up to 2.8m long, specifically designed for base-station antennas and fabricated on a variety of radio frequency materials.  In addition to these large antenna boards, we produce smaller "patch" and point-to-point boards in high volumes to close tolerances, on PTFE and flexible laminates.

We have one of the most comprehensive knowledge banks of microwave and high-frequency PCB materials in the world.  We aim to keep abreast of all developments in the Radio Frequency material field - so that you don't have to.

Large Format thro plated PCBs

Exceptional applications require exceptional capabilities and Trackwise have responded to the challenge of manufacturing large format (up to 110"*24") thro plated PCBs for the medical equipment industry as well as position measurement sensors for industrial applications. Please contact us for a quotation or technical advice on our range of large format thro plated PCBs.

Inspection

100% visual inspection to IPC-6018A (Microwave/RF products).
  • 100% visual inspection to IPC-A-600 Rev G (digital/analogue products).
  • Electronic Test ("roving probe" and "bed-of-nails", as appropriate, optional)
  • Automatic optical inspection (AOI) (optional).

  • Minimum drill - 0.3 mm (0.012") (finished, after plating)
  • Maximum panel size - 457mm x 610mm (18 x 24") (DSPTH, Multilayer)
  • Maximum panel size - 2.8m by 0.6m (110 x 24") (DSNPTH, Multilayer)
  • Maximum PCB thickness - 6.35mm (0.25")
