Because of the importance of materials selection for PCB antennas , Trackwise goes to great lengths to stay in the front line of developments in microwave laminates, including monitoring of new products and market price changes. In fact, we’ve compiled one of the most comprehensive knowledge banks of available microwave and high-frequency PCB materials.

Years of RF laminates experience

From getting the most out of foam substrates to harnessing the capabilities of Teflon laminates and low-loss laminates, our customers know that few other suppliers can match our specialist expertise and understanding of microwave materials – or our years of experience in processing PTFE laminates and flexible laminates.

We currently offer a wide range of radio frequency and microwave materials from major manufacturers such as Taconic, Arlon, Neltec, Rogers and others. Technical details drawn from manufacturers’ product information are included in our substrates directory, which is divided into two sections as follows:

Description of material characteristics – sorted by manufacturer

Tabulated material performance data – in order of ascending dielectric constant

We hope these data tables will be valuable to designers and engineers when they’re selecting suitable substrates. Please bookmark this section and revisit it frequently as it is regularly updated with new materials and changed specifications.
