The principal activity of the Company is the design and manufacture of a full suite of advanced PCB’s including the Company’s patented technology Improved Harness Technology™, Microwave and RF, short flex, flex rigid and rigid multi-layer boards.
Country of incorporation and main country of operation
The Company was incorporated in England on 29 March 2000 under the Companies Act 1985 as a private company limited by shares under the name of Bremhold Limited with registered number 03959572. On 7 June 2001 the Company changed its name to Trackwise Designs Limited. On 31 July 2018 the Company re-registered as a public company limited by shares under the Act and changed its name to Trackwise Designs plc.
