
Philip Johnston
CEO
Philip’s early career was in the space industry which included a key management role in the Prime Contractor team for Envisat, a large European satellite, managing multi million ECU work packages involving different companies across Europe. Philip joined Trackwise in 1999 and acquired the Company in 2000. Under his stewardship the Company has enjoyed sustained growth based largely through export success and innovation. Philip is named inventor on a number of UK and international patents and he has led several government supported R&D consortiums including a European CleanSky programme.
Philip holds degrees in both Aeronautical Engineering and Law and is a Chartered Engineer.

Mark Hodgkins
CFO
Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a former partner with both Grant Thornton and Ernst & Young. He joined Trackwise in 2016.
Mark, as well as a career within the profession, has also been Group Finance Director of a large private company and was responsible for managing a balance sheet over £120m of gross assets; he has also served as CEO of engineering businesses and as a partner with a privately held investment business. He brings an increased level of direction to financial planning and financial control as well as strategic input in support of Philip Johnston.

Mike Prosser
Director of Operations
Mike holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and has worked at Trackwise since 1998. Having joined as a development engineer Mike has rapidly progressed through the ranks working in every facet of the PCB manufacturing process. He brings to his current role a broad breadth of experience and practical knowledge and is responsible for all manufacturing operations including personnel, process plant and equipment and chemistry – from specification to installation, commissioning and maintenance. Mike is also responsible for the Trackwise Environment Management System – ISO14001:2015.

Andy McGarry
Director of Production
Andy has worked in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years and previously managed a successful SME supplying bespoke components to the aviation, rail and lighting sectors. He joined Trackwise in 2017 to project manage the company relocation to its new premises in Tewkesbury and is now responsible for production planning, productivity and on time delivery. Andy has detailed health and safety knowledge and holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Colin Hallam
Director of Quality
Colin has a career spanning 33 years in the PCB industry, working for large PCB companies both in the UK and overseas. Having previously managed from start up to fully operational a large scale manufacturing facility, in 2007 Colin joined Trackwise bringing with him a wealth of experience in all aspects of PCB manufacture, process control and process improvement including an in depth knowledge of Six Sigma. In his current role Colin is responsible for the Trackwise Quality Management System – ISO9001:2015, AS9100:D and the SC21 change programme.
Colin holds a degree in Chemical Engineering.

Conrad Bailey
Sales Manager
Conrad has spent much of his career working within the PCB industry and has built up an extensive knowledge working across a broad range of disciplines.
Having started his career as a HASL operator, Conrad joined Trackwise in 2005 as a CAM Engineer. In 2011 he moved into a technical role as Technical Support Manager before being appointed to his current position in 2012. As Sales Manager, Conrad is able to draw on his wealth of experience to fully understand the requirements of our customers whilst working closely with the internal team to help deliver best value product and service.
