What is a Large Format Flexible Printed Circuit?

A large format flexible printed circuit (FPC) is a flexible electronic circuit manufactured with expanded width, surface area, or overall scale beyond the limits of conventional flex printed circuit board (PCB) production. FPCs can be configured as a single-layer ribbon, an impedance-controlled double sided FPC, or a complex multilayer stack depending on specifications and application.
