Trackwise invest in new line
Trackwise has recently purchased and installed a new chemical clean line, supplied by UCE via Viking Test Ltd.
Mike Prosser, General Manager at Trackwise commented “The new chemical clean line has been carefully specified to improve the quality of the very wide range of demanding products currently being manufactured by Trackwise – from the thinnest RF substrates and flex inner layers up to the very largest rigid boards – containing 10s of 1000s of small plated holes, 100% of which need to be intact for the product to work as designed.”
“Of all the steps within the PCB manufacturing process, chemical cleaning probably has the biggest impact upon product quality. Trackwise is delighted to have installed this important upgrade.”
